Our grounds maintenance program is designed to handle all of the services necessary to keep your property in excellent condition all season long. One of our representatives will be glad to provide free price quotations and you may begin service at any time of year.
- All existing beds will be cleaned up and re-edged in the spring to establish definite lines between bed and lawn areas.
- Fresh bark mulch will be added to all existing beds in the spring in order to maintain the proper 11&Mac218;2 “ thickness recommended.
- A pre-emergent herbicide will be applied once in the spring to reduce weed seed germination in planting beds.
- Chemical vegetation control of all undesirable growth in such areas as side walk joints, along fences, buildings, and curbs, also around trees and sign posts.
- Weeds will be removed from planting beds using post-emergent herbicides and hand weeding to keep landscape beds in superior condition. Turning or adding fresh mulch in late summer is available, for an extra charge, upon request.
- Grounds are policed, as needed, to keep clear such items as rocks, fallen branches, leaves and debris caught in parking lot curb corners, etc.
- All bushes and shrubs will be trimmed following spring growth and again in the fall as needed, using proper horticulture techniques to aid in correct plant growth.
- Trees will be pruned to remove dead, broken, conflicting or low branches to provide proper growth patterns. If needed tree topping and shaping can be performed for an additional charge. Service for pruning, trimming and removal of trees over 15 feet is contracted out.
- Fall clean up and leaf removal will be performed beginning in mid-October and lasting throughout the fall,
