Our 1st Impressions program includes mowing, mulching, spring and fall clean up, customized fertilization programs for both lawn and landscape, seasonal color plantings, irrigation management, and snow and ice management. Complete landscape and design services are also available from a licensed landscape architect through Schill Landscape Development.
But Schill also delivers a proactive management philosophy, examining your property carefully on a regular basis to identify potential problems, often finding and correcting any issues before our clients even realize they existed. This is our 1st Impressions Guarantee; we want you to know that you have the best property possible. Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager, empowered to make decisions on site, and affect change as necessary. Managers conduct weekly or monthly consultations with each client, walking the property together to look for any potential warning signs, or identify opportunities to improve the property further.
